Prior to joining Telwares, Mr. Voellinger served as Partner and Principal Consultant to OES Telecom where he provided key leadership for the development of the organization – including web-based wireless management technology, alliance and reseller channel development across complimentary industries, marketing, and general business management. Prior to OES Telecom, Mr. Voellinger held key leadership positions with two of the nation’s largest wireless carriers.
